I wanted to invest in Lake Arrowhead because I have two young daughters and I thought it would be a beautiful place to own property as they grow up. My wife and I live in Topanga and love the outdoors, so we thought it would be the perfect weekend getaway for us to have with our kids every once in a while, but to also rent on the short term market for passive income.
